About the event
In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore what intuition is and how it manifests in your body and mind.Â
You’ll learn about the different types of intuition and how to recognize the subtle signs. We’ll take a deep dive into how you can learn to trust your intuition, to follow your own guidance system and allow it to help you make decisions both big and small.Â
We’ll explore visualizations and automatic writing techniques and wrap up with a guided exercise for energetic grounding and protection that you can use in the future to keep your intuitive energies flowing.
