Cancellation Policy

Appointment fees are to be paid in full at time of scheduling. Clients are entitled to receive a full refund of their appointment fee when cancellation notice is received 36 hours prior to date/time of appointment. Cancellations/no-shows within 36 hours prior to scheduled appointment shall be non-refundable. Receipts can be provided upon request. Holistic Hope has the right to cancel/reschedule any unpaid appointments at any time.
