We are All connected

Just one of the themes of June, 2022.

I'm just a conduit for the messages that come through for my clients and I deliver the inspiring messages with the same compassion as the difficult ones. Each story, each journey is personal and often emotional. It takes a lot of courage to face difficult truths.

I'd like to take a moment to thank my clients for sharing their stories with me and being brave enough to step into the unknown. While honoring their confidentiality, I'll share a couple of themes I'm seeing right now.

You are not alone.

Whatever you are going through, you are not alone. The smiling faces and success stories you see on social media or hear about in conversations with friends and family are just a fraction of the truth. Yes we all have great moments to be celebrated, but they don't reflect the whole story. Inside we are more alike than we are different. We all want to feel safe, to feel loved and to feel connected.

Although uncomfortable, emotions are here to guide us and to help us work through our challenges.

Allow yourself to rediscover your purpose.

I can't tell you how many times I've delivered this same message over the last two weeks.

"Notice where following societal norms or the expectations of family and friends is keeping you from doing the things you really want to do.

What I was hearing over and over was my client saying, "The things that used to be my goals no longer seem exciting." or "I feel uninspired" and "I don't know who I am anymore." If you resonate with any of these statements, ask yourself, "What does a life of happiness, freedom and fulfillment look like to you?" Or create a question that works for you.

throughout.

Remember, nothing is wrong with you and you don't have to "fix" anything. Times change, the world changes and so do you. Allow yourself to flow with life when you heart calls you to make changes. And have patience with those who prefer the old you.

We're all connected.

You're not alone.

Allow yourself to rediscover your purpose.
